Please refer to the chart on our service page for a reference of what we service.

Is any 2-cycle oil okay for my 2-cycle equipment?

Use only oil that meets or exceeds ISO L-EGD & JASO-FD standards. Engine failure can result from using oil that does not meet these standards, and doing so may void your warranty. We recommend that you buy the OEM brand oil for the equipment you run.

What information do I need to order parts for my equipment?

Having the correct information makes it much easier for us to locate the right parts for your equipment. If you are looking for parts for your machine, locate the model number on your machine. The serial number may also be needed for certain parts on some machines . If you are looking for parts for your engine, we will need the engine model number, spec number and the serial number.

What kind of gasoline should I use in my engine?

Use clean, lead-free gasoline 89 octane or higher. We do not recommend ethanol blend fuels in small air-cooled engines for two reasons: (1) It causes your engine to run hotter. Small air cooled engines have a tendency to overheat in warm weather if not kept clean and properly adjusted. Using fuel with ethanol in it aggravates this problem and can result in engine failure. (2) Many carburetors and fuel systems have rubber and plastic components that are not designed to resist ethanol. This may cause carburetor failure, especially in 2-cycle equipment. Avoid purchasing more gasoline than you can use within 45 days. Old gas, while still quite flammable, may cause poor performance and hard starting.
