Order Fulfillment

The purchase of equipment on this website is not a contract, and does not guarantee availability of any item purchased. We will contact you within one business day to confirm the order and arrange delivery. If we cannot reach you within two business days, your order may be canceled, unless full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel/refund any order for any reason.

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, you forfeit the ownership of any items purchased.

Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery on new riding mowers up to 50 miles from our store. If you are more than 50 miles away, contact us prior to placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel/refund your order if you are too far away.

Accuracy Statement

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, it is still possible for errors to occur. We cannot be held responsible for errors on our website. We reserve the right to correct such errors, including any transactions affected by them.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once you have received the item. If any personal harm or damage to property is incurred from the items purchased by you, we share no responsibility.
